2. Data categories, processing purposes and legal basis
We collect and process the information you provide in your application, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, email address, photo, football club and achievements, and other information about you. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. All of the information you provide will be used exclusively as part of the application process.
We use this information for the purpose of processing your application and contacting you. Where you have consented, we may also send you marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting info@ballerleague.uk. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under applicable US state privacy laws.
3. Further data
If you participate in the BALLER LEAGUE Scouting Combine Event, more comprehensive data processing will take place, including health and fitness information. A separate privacy notice will apply to that processing, which we will provide to you in advance.

Your applicant information will be deleted no later than 6 months after notification of the participants of our BALLER LEAGUE Scouting Combine Event, unless you are one of the selected participants. In that case, processing will be carried out on the basis of our participant contract or where you have explicitly consented to it, and you will receive a separate privacy notice in advance. If you do not accept the invitation to the event or do not show up, the data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the event.
