Baller League USA Ltd of 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, United States, 19808 (“Baller League”, “us”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
When you interact with us through the Baller League website (www.ballerleague.us) or otherwise (such as when entering a competition prize draw), you may provide, or we may collect, certain information from which you are personally identifiable (referred to as “personal information”). For purposes of applicable US federal and state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah) (collectively, the “Privacy Laws”), Baller League is the “business” or “controller,” meaning that we decide the reasons why your information is used.

DATA THAT WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We also anonymise and aggregate personal information (so that it does not personally identify you). This is not considered personal information under the Privacy Laws, and we may use it for any purpose (such as testing our systems and carrying out customer research and analysis).
DO WE TRANSFER/HANDLE YOUR DATA OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
As part of a global organisation, some of our external third parties and/or group companies are based outside the United States. Their processing of your personal information will involve a transfer of data outside the US.

KEEPING YOUR DATA SECURE

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We will keep your data for as long as required in connection with the original purpose for which it was collected (e.g., for as long as you hold an account with us and/or where you are still happy to hear from us about our latest news, products and services).

CHILDREN’S DATA
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. For players under 18, parental or guardian consent may be required for participation.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Date of Notice”. If we make material changes, we will provide a clear notice (e.g., on our website or by email). Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
